2. Quotes & Orders
All quotes provided by our Swindon technical sales team are commercial invitations and remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to decline any product order or request-for-quote submission due to stock availability, component supply limits, or shipping restrictions.
3. Delivery & Title
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is executed via insured carrier services. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. Legal title to any supplied hardware, scanning kits, or printing consumables passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full payment in cleared funds.
4. Software Licensing
Any data collection client software, database interfaces, or custom inventory tracking scripts supplied by us are licensed to the buyer on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or modification of the software code without prior written consent from Laser Data Systems Limited is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Laser Data Systems Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, warehouse downtime, or data corruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
